BEST TIME TO VISIT DARJEELING

SUMMER:  April to June are the ideal time to travel to Darjeeling. These months constitute the summer season in Darjeeling which is quite pleasant and not harsh maximum temperature rises up to 25 degree Celsius. 

MONSOON: July to September. Not the best time to visit Darjeeling. Heavy rainfall often causes road blocks. However nature lovers are welcomed as Darjeeling looks most green and fresh, an ideal location for photo shoot.

WINTER:  October to March. Ideal for visitors interested in local traditions as the greatest festivals of Hindus falls on Oct-Nov. Oct-Nov marks the end of rainy seasons. Winter starts from December till March. Winter is cold in this region average temperature ranges from 5 to 10 degree Celsius. Warm clothes are must.
